From our farm to your table...
Our journey of olive production was started by our family in 2005, in one of the most fertile regions of the North Aegean, Bergama – Asagikiriklar by planting 15.000 seedlings of Gemlik and Domat type of olives.
As our garden only consists of table varieties and our sensitiveness to the subject, we only do harvest by hand without using machinery, without taking any piece that falls on the ground and prepare for pressing under hygienic conditions as soon as possible.
As a result, our olive oil is a first class product with high nutritional value, low acid, green-yellow color and characteristic sensory features.
